We use the following types of data about you: Member data, data on volunteers, recipients of Christmas aid, data from event participation, data on financial contributors, data on employees. We collect and store your personal data for specific purposes. We collect: Name, address, date of birth, date of marriage, date of baptism, telephone number and email address, gender, age, interests, attitudes and knowledge of our events. The purpose is to manage the connection with us for which you have consented.
Financial Contributors
For financial contributors who have indicated that they want a tax deduction for their contributions, we also store social security numbers for use in our tax reporting.
The above data is collected about you in order to make our service better and ensure quality in our services as well as in our contact with you.
We collect, process and store only the personal data that is necessary to fulfill our stated purposes. In addition, it may be determined by law what type of data is necessary to collect and store for the operation of the association – the church – this applies, for example, to the list of members.
